Flying at Clermont County Airport (I69)
This was my first time actually flying myself around. I've ridden in airplanes before of course, but never actually taken control. My first time flying was so much fun - we were up there for about an hour or so in a Cessna 172 Skyhawk. I learned just how much is going on and things you have to watch to make sure you're flying safely. Luckily, I had a high school friend (Noah Frye, Certified Flight Instructor) with me who was able to guide me through it and explain all of the different instruments in a way I could understand. We flew over my (parent's) house, my employer's HQ campus and Kings Island. Following this flight, I would go on to further research the aviation industry and grow my knowledge within the space.
