Kayaking

Sunday was a very exhausting day. We kayaked about 16 miles on the Little Miami River. Starting near Morrow and ending in Loveland, we stopped at a place for lunch called The Monkey Bar. Fun fact - apparently this bar is named after the chimpanzee that used to reside around the back of the bar during the late 80's and early 90's, which was known to smoke cigarettes and drink beer when given some.

My dad joined us and helped transport the kayaks in his truck. I was definitely sore throughout my body after the long trip, but I really enjoyed the trip and I was happy to bring Jake along as well!
